ASI Serial Communication (Documentation)
ASI (Asynchronous Serial Communication) This site is dedicated to serial communication and in particular ByVac products that use them. There is free software, hints, tips and documentation. ByVac has two kinds of serial products, ASI and bVT100 both of which are described blow.
HOT** There is a utility in the Downloads section that enables plane text to be sent to a COM port and thus displayed on the bVT100 type display, its called scom and comes with the full C source code.
